Unless otherwise indicated, products sold with a Manufacturers/Factory/Direct Warranty may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement or service under warranty. After 30 days following receipt of a product sold with a Manufacturers/Factory/Direct Warranty, products must be returned directly to the products maker for warranty service. To keep our prices as cheap as possible shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable and will not be borne by us. Products returned for any reason other than Dead on Arrival (DOA) or as defective must be in resalable condition, complete and unused, and the outer seal must not have been opened or re-taped.
